A site visit may be conducted to gather preliminary details about the project’s scope, flooring type, and timeline.

Estimating & Proposal

The next step involves comprehensive estimating and proposal development, which includes a detailed review of blueprints and specifications, material takeoff, calculating labor costs, and obtaining vendor quotes. This detailed proposal is then submitted to the client.

Contract Negotiation & Award

Once the proposal is accepted, the project moves into contract negotiation and award, where client reviews are conducted, subcontract agreements are finalized, and union compliance is ensured.

Pre-Construction

The pre-construction phase involves a project kickoff meeting, submission of required documentation like material samples and shop drawings, and detailed material procurement and scheduling.

Installation

During the installation phase, the team prepares the site, carefully executes the flooring installation according to specifications and safety standards, and maintains daily coordination to address any challenges.

Project Closeout & Completion

The project concludes with a final walkthrough, completion of any punch list items, submission of final billing and lien releases, and provision of post-installation warranty support.
